Course Description :

This qualification is ideally suited for those seeking a career as designers for landscape contractors, designers, local government and nurseries. This qualification develops sound practical skills and knowledge in landscape and in managerial aspects of landscape. In a longer run there is the potential for graduates to this qualification to establish their own consultancy firm. To complete this course a total of 10 units must be completed.

  • Science Technical Officers nec

Graduates with the diploma qualification can apply for entry into undergraduate courses within an Australian University and are also eligible for exemptions in their bachelor degree program.

Entry Requirements :

  • Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent, and
  • IELTS 5.5 overall

Course duration :

Course Duration: 104 weeks

This course is conducted over a period of two academic year of full time study and consists of a minimum of 20 teacher contact hours per week.

Credit Transfer/ Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) :

You may be eligible for an exemption or credit transfer if you are able to demonstrate that you have achieved the level of skills and knowledge equivalent to the unit of competency in a course at another institute or through work experience. This is confirmed with the College at the time of enrolment.
